John and the other lads doing the work were a credit to your company. They worked at our conversion long and hard but left everything neat and tidy at the end of each day and the end result is excellent.”

“I am a property manger with SC Realty. My tenant had a problem with his tankless water heater at 8pm. I called a few places and no one could come out now to look at the problem. I called Jack at HI Drain cleaning squad and the phone went to vm but it was full. So I called roto rooter but Jack called back and said he would go out to the property in kapolei now and not charge me an emergency fee so i said let’s do it!

He arrived to the property in the early hour of the 2 hour window and was able to fix the error code 11 on the device before 9:30pm. Talk about service! The only regret about me writing this review is that he will get too busy because of his customer service and I will have to find another person to go to again. Oh well! I don’t want to be selfish but at a property manager it’s hard to find good people that can do the work ASAP. The entire bill if you are wondering was less than $80.00! That’s less than I usually pay just for the technician to come out after hours!!!

Excellent professional service!

Thank you for your prompt response and service. From the get go when I put in the call Jack handled it perfectly. To hear how and what you would do to ensure the job was going to be done lifted the weight off my shoulders especially, with knowing what the cost would be. Calling around to see how much it would cost left me with anxiety. They would say for the ‘first hour’ or it doesn’t include parts. As a home owner I had no clue on how long or what it would take. I decided to wait a day before calling. I’m glad I did for I asked my Lord and he blessed me with your ad. By the way your service man was on time and also professional. On the scale of 1 to 5, 5 being excellent that is what your company deserve.

These guys are the BEST!!! They were prompt and kept me informed of what would be done and why. They do EXCELLENT work and Jack is a great guy who provides EXCELLENT customer service!!! They do all kinds of plumbing work and did several jobs on my house. I HIGHLY recommend them for all your plumbing needs. I will use them from now on for all my plumbing work. Like I said, they are the BEST!!!
